Here's a closeup of the bottom half of the climb. It looks quite a bit like teeth, and there are plenty of holds. However, the rock that you want to hang onto at the base of the top block is rotten. I was able to get a cam in pretty much where the two blocks join at the 'V' pointing left. The rock where I wanted to place my next cam was rotten, so I had to commit to a very difficult move to get to a spot to place my next piece.
