(Saturday, October 13, 2001) Before heading to Emigrant wilderness, I stopped in the (I guess you could call it that) village of Pine View. It was basically a restaurant/inn (where I ate breakfast), and a general store across the street. Nearby was a river, with views from the restaurant. After breakfast, I walked out on the bridge and got this picture (much better in person) of the sunlight really lighting up the yellow leaves in the foreground, with the green pines in the background. Anyway, as I said, the light was much better in person.
