(Saturday, October 13, 2001) Finally, I'm close to the cliff I have been talking about. Up close, it looks to have some fun climbing routes along some crack systems which run all the way up to the top. The top of this rock face is around 8,400 feet. The forest fire I'm heading up to look at is up to the left and behind this peak.
